We build contact center software — and run our own in production
RunSentry, our platform, places real calls over the PSTN to validate enterprise voice infrastructure under a 99.5% uptime commitment. Voice AI, IVR modernization, test automation, and telephony engineering — with that operating discipline behind every engagement.

One industry, one discipline
Everything you need to trust your voice infrastructure
We do contact center software and telecom automation — nothing else. Four capabilities, each backed by a platform we operate in production ourselves.
- Real PSTN test calls
- RunSentry places real calls, transcribes what the caller hears, and verifies prompts, routing, and menu behavior — so broken voice paths surface in minutes, not from customer complaints.
- Voice AI that survives production
- Voice AI agents and conversational IVR designed from your real call traffic, with explicit fallbacks and real-call regression testing before and after launch.
- Migrations without outages
- We baseline your legacy IVR with automated discovery calls, migrate segment by segment, and verify every path against the baseline before traffic moves.
- Telephony engineering depth
- SIP, WebRTC, carrier integration, STIR/SHAKEN, CTI — engineered at the protocol layer by a team that runs its own production calling infrastructure.
“Most agencies in this space have never carried production telephony risk. We hold an uptime commitment, we get paged, and we test with real calls — because operating RunSentry taught us exactly what breaks when you don’t.”

Frequently asked questions
- How is RunSentry different from ordinary monitoring?
-
We place real calls over the public telephone network and verify what a caller actually hears — audio, prompts, menus, routing, transfers. Server and SIP-layer checks miss carrier issues, prompt regressions, and misrouted flows entirely.
- Which platforms do you work on?
-
Genesys Cloud CX, Amazon Connect, and Twilio — implementation, migration, and integration. We also work at the protocol layer: SIP, WebRTC, PSTN, carrier integration, and STIR/SHAKEN.
- Can you migrate an IVR nobody fully understands?
-
Yes — that is our specialty. We baseline the live system with automated discovery calls, producing a verified map of prompts, menus, and routing. The migration is then tested against that baseline rather than against incomplete documentation.
- How long does a typical engagement take?
-
A scoped voice AI agent typically takes 8 to 14 weeks from discovery to ramped rollout. IVR migrations run 10 to 19 weeks depending on flow count. RunSentry onboarding takes 1 to 2 weeks.
- Where is your team based?
-
Engineering in Sri Lanka, enterprise delivery in the UK, serving the US, UK, and Asia. We say this plainly because it is how the work gets done well and priced fairly.
- What uptime do you commit to?
-
RunSentry runs under a 99.5% monthly uptime commitment, measured and reported to customers, with shared, dedicated, and customer-controlled deployment options.
